President

Andy McMillan, Pharm D

Andy is our current Corporate President and sole owner, having obtained those positions in 2023. He has been employed by Arfstrom Pharmacy since 2021. Andy received a Doctor of Pharmacy from Ferris State University in 2014.

Jeanine M. LaCross

Jeanine was our Corporate President from 2006 - 2023. Jeanine was employed by Arfstrom Pharmacy in September of 1990. Jeanine received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Lake Superior State University in May 1993.

Pharmacy Manager

Madelyn Swanson

Madelyn is our Pharmacy Manager and has been employed at Arfstrom Pharmacy since 2017. Madelyn received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Lake Superior State University and is a Certified Pharmacy Technician.

Andrew M. Miller CFo

Andrew has been a part of the Arfstrom family and the Durable Medical Equipment Manager since 2014. He is a Sault Ste. Marie native, graduating from Sault Area High School in 2010. Andrew attended Lake Superior State University and graduated in 2014, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training. Andrew is a Certified Fitter of Orthotics through the American Board of Certification.

Meet Our Pharmacists

Donald T. Corbiere

Donald is the Retired Corporate Vice President, preceding Scott Skinner, of Arfstrom Pharmacy and currently works as a part-time pharmacist. He has been employed with Arfstrom Pharmacy since October 1982. Donald received a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Ferris State University in May 1982.

Sean Higgins

Scott R. Skinner, Pharm. D

Scott is the retired Corporate Vice President and current pharmacist in charge at Arfstrom Pharmacy Cedarville. He has been employed with Arfstrom Pharmacy since July 2005. Scott received a Doctor of Pharmacy from The University of Michigan in May 1996.

Andrew B. Szoke

Andrew is the retired Corporate Secretary of Arfstrom Pharmacy and current pharmacist in charge at Sault Community Pharmacy. He has been employed with Arfstrom Pharmacy since January 2001. Andrew received a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Ferris State University in May 1995.

David J. Weiss, Pharm. D

David is a staff pharmacist and rotates between all three of our pharmacy locations. David’s primary focus is clinical work and patient education. He has been employed with Arfstrom Pharmacy since May 2018. David received a Doctor of Pharmacy from Ferris State University in May 2015.

We have many other additional staff including, Pharmacy Technicians, Pharmacy Clerks, DME Sales Associates and Technicians, Billing Specialists, and Delivery and Maintenance Personnel.
